"I teach yoga so I am always looking for cds. I admit I purchased this cause it was inexpensive. I did listen to samples and liked the classical music. I thought this type of music would be general enough for the not-so-serious or new to yoga. The cd turned out to be a flop because the music does not flow one to another and the loudness changes from one song to another. Terrible for a class as I found myself wondering what happened to the music. I suppose this cd would be okay if you don't want to spend alot of money and just want some background music in your home but not for yoga practice."
