"Anyone even remotely fond of an all male chorus, or chorale group arrangements in general, will love this CD. This is great music to have flowing about your home, and wafting out your windows expanding your horizons. Many songs I have never heard before; and others that are familiar, but done beautifully and with great sensitivity-nothing cliche about how they chose to render them at all. Anyone who calls themselves a person who enjoys singing will be inspired, and will want to practice and get better. Here is a tremendously gorgeous set of musical emotions...I find many CD's like these that just astound me that they are not well known. But think about it...the glitzy overkill we are given on TV to watch. Other big cigar smoking, private jet types choosing who we should think of as good musical groups...and they are either blah or vain, banal, or awful. And then there are those who devote their lives to making beautiful music..."because it's there!"...and we never hear it, or hear of them. This has to change. I recall visiting Norway for a summer, 2002, and I was astounded to see an endless array of musicians and vocalists come on musical variety shows. We in America don't have that anymore. We used to. Now all we have are "mega star overkill" shows. All we'll see are the Oprah Winfrey shows...and touchy feely interviews with "hotties"...and delve into their personal lives and dig up dirt."Who are you having sex with currently? Who are you no longer having sex with, Dear?"Tell us again, in detail, what that awful man did to you?"...this is what TV has become. It is a disgrace to America. It is why we are so shallow and ignorant...and going down like the titanic."
