Ragtime Jolly Follies
lynette e grim | PA | 10/12/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This was Tony Orlando and Dawn's best selling LP.There are a lot of great tunes on this LP.The single mix of "Steppin Out Gonna Boogie Tonight" sounds really great. The duet alone is wonderful between Telma Hopkins and Tony Orlando on"You Say The Sweetest Things". Tony has great vocals on "Atlanta" and "Sweet Summer Days Of My Life".The other songs are great as well. They also included the songs from Tony Orlando and Dawn's Skybird album that can fit in with the other songs on the Ragtime Follies LP.Telma Hopkins and Joyce Vincent Wilsons vocals are great on"Daydream". This is a must have for any Tony Orlando and Dawn fan.I highly recommend it."

"I was so pleased to see this album released at last. It was one of my favourite Seventies albums and was played to death on my old Dansette Record Player, when I used to know all the lyrics and sing along to all the tracks. This truly has brought back some very happy childhood memories for me!"
