"this is one of Tony Orlando and Dawn s best lps ever and is now being released on cd for the first time since its original release in 1975.the lp/cd kicks off with one of their best and last top 20 singles MORNIN BEAUTIFUL and keeps going thru out .their 3rd #1 single ,HE DONT LOVE YOU is included as well along with the groups final single SING which reached #7 on the AC charts in the spring of 1977.also included are rare b sides I KNOW YOU LIKE A BOOK @ SWEET ON CANDY.the group had moved from the former lable Arista in 1975 to record more R@b tracks and this lp shows off this groups stunning vocals and some fine tracks.this is not really the group that started out as demo singers in 1970,well,yes it is ,but ,the group had started to come into it s own by this time and there are some wonderful tracks here such as MISSIN THAT GIRL,MAYBE I SHOULD MARRY JAMIE,TOMORROWS GOT TO BE SUNNY,HOUSE OF STRANGERS,DANCE ROSIE DANCE.not that this lp is all r@b,its not ,but this cd moves from classic pop to country with some motown thrown in by 2 lovely ladies by the names of Telma Hopkins and Joyce Vincent.the ladies also have a couple of great solos here as well.if i could just buy one toad lp this would be the one that i feel defines the group and showcases their talent.the great performers and singers who have never gotten their just due,but this cd release helps ease the pain."

"This was the best selling LP ever for Tony Orlando and Dawn.It includes there best selling single of "He Don't Love You" and it earned them an American Music Award. This song was introduced on there hit television show.Telma and Joyce have wonderful vocals on"House of Strangers".Joyce does a wonderful job on"If Only He Would Make Love To Me". Tony has amazing vocals on"Grandmas Hands".Mornin'Beautiful was another hit for the group which should have gone to number 1 as well. Tony has some great vocals on as well as Dawn on"Tomorrows Got To Be Sunny".Tony does great vocals on "Pick it Up" along with Telma and Joyce. The bonus tracks they included are terrific too. Tony does great vocals on "I know you like a book" and "Sing".Sing has some great instrumental music on this song.If this song would have been released earlier it could have made a great song for Tony to sing when he went out into the audience on his tv show. Tony and Dawn did wonderful vocals on"Sweet on Candy".This is a must have for any Tony Orlando and Dawn fan."
