"I own no other Tony Bennett recordings and have not been a big fan (although my mom is!) but I had a hunch I'd like his music. This collection includes songs he recorded 40 years ago as well as more recent recordings and I am now hooked. Turn up the volume and listen to "Fly Me to the Moon" and you'll have a lump in your throat. Mr. Bennett's amazing range of styles is well represented on this recording. Highly recommend it."

"A really nice and diverse collection from the career of Tony Bennett. The only problem I have is with "God Bless The Child" where Billie Holiday does a duet from the grave. These kind of studio trickery type"duets" are a classic case of just because you can do something it doesn't mean you should. There's no chemistry or interplay between the performers -- how could there be? I'm not sure why they bothered with that, but the rest of the CD is quite good."
