"He starts this album right where he left the last one with "Su unico amor", a song who's delivery is truly his own. Overall, the whole album is great with 8 merengues, 1 cumbia, and 1 bachata song that was written by popular bachata singer, Joe Veras. Ladies will definitely like the remakes of "Asi Fue" and "Un buen perdedor" which to me sounds better than the original ballads. Production-wise, the merengues are mixed with a new-school, old-school feel that brings even the worst dancer to get groovy!!"
Fun merengue-

"As expected this production by "our Cuquito del alma" is fenomenal. This cd is a reminder of the how great traditional merengue can be. Among the few true merengue singers that remain in the musical realm, Tono is the leader beyond a shadow of a doubt. What makes this production stand out is the great mix of merengue rhythms that have been combined to produce a high spirited album. The cd starts off with a convincing upbeat merengue hit- "Su unico Amor" thus creating an ambience of joy and festivity. Also, Tono displays his musical creativity by means of an original cumbia and a romantic bachata which can be appreciated by all. This cd has been made for dancers and I assure you that once you listen to it you will not be able to remain seated. I highly recommend this purchase because it is complete with the merengue style typical of Tono Rosario and also it's great from start to finish."
