Long-forgotten gems from a legendary artist

This set contains virtually all of Rosemary Clooney's recordings from her first in the mid-40's as part of the Clooney Sisters, through the mid-50's, which includes her most popular singles for Columbia.However, the collection's greatest treasures are the many little-known ballads, long-forgotten since, performed in a way that only Rosemary can sing them... these songs showcase the unique quality of her voice and the incomparable method of her singing technique. It is these little-known masterpieces that you won't hear anywhere else, and the sound quality of the original recordings, considering the source material, is for the most part outstanding. The set also comes with an illustrated hardback book with a complete discography for the included recordings. Clooney fans will rejoice!"
