Grossly overlooked talent

"It's amazing to me that Phillip Boa and the Voodoo Club has gotten so little recognition in the States. I actually don't know very much about the band because almost everything I find on them on the internet is in German. The music they produce, however, is pretty much all in English.
It's really hard to categorize this band or to compare it to any other. If 'Iggy Pop', 'David Bowie', and 'The B52's' coalesced, the result would be this band.
The album consists of a mesh of Phillip Boa's vocals and a female vocalist (I don't know who she is). The addition of the female vocalist to Phillip Boa's singing is quite complementary to one another. The lyrics are creative and a bit outlandish (Narcissus, the eleventh track, was a bit too bizzare for me).
My favorite tracks are `Where the Raingods meet' and `I can't go home again'.
Exceptionally talented music in my opinion and grossly overlooked. If you like good music that's a bit odd and a lot fun, please, do yourself a favor and buy this album. I also highly recommend Copperfield as well; both are wonderful albums.
