He showcases a rare gift of using a diverse range of musical genres without trying too hard--there's the bluesy 'Running Down the River', the mystical pop of 'Phoenix', and the acoustic guitar/pseudo-electronica flavored title track [check out that synth intro!] that would make DAVID GRAY seem like a poor cousin. Don't be a loser and miss out on this gem of an EP!"
