Early Como recordings with some rare tracks

"This is one of the very few legitimate compilations of Como recordings from this era actually obtained from original masters owned by the recording label. Many of the others are taken from old records or radio broadcasts without any compensation to either the label or Perry himself. If common sense tells you that this isn't fair then you're right. Collector's Choice deserves credit for going against the flow and conducting their business honestly. But don't count on this happening very often. Collector's Choice deserves your support on this one!"

Superb collection of "overlooked" Como hits

".... At any rate, this ballad-dominated collection (albeit spiced with some fun novelties) is Perry at his smooth, mellow, perfectly-controlled, how-could-he-make-it-sound-so-easy best, which is to say that I couldn't have made a better choice for a Como tribute. And neither can you. Did I mention that the sound restoration is almost frightening in spots, causing the listener to feel as if he is standing next to the singer, circa 1944? Believe it."
