"Most people from my generation remember Paul Williams from the muppet show and the songs he did for the muppet movie. It wasnt until I got older that I started to realize the incredible body of work that he has created over the years, including songs for the Carpenters, the Muppets, Barbara Striesand and wow...even the Love Boat song!

This cd is taken from a full length dvd of Paul's and includes some of his more notable hits...like The Rainbow Connection, sung with Willie Nelson and I'm going back there some day with Gonzo from the muppets.



In addition there are some very lyrically talented songs like Crazy loving you and Its all be said before....but the haunting tune of Your Gone really is outstanding.



Love dance is a nice Jazz tune...but for me the tempo and the words were a little disjointed and I could have lived without this one.



I recommend this for anyone who remembers Paul and admired his songs. I heard that Paul has had quite a bit of trouble over the years and I am glad that he is still around and still making music.
