By far the best Robeson album!

"This album has the best selection of songs, and other than "Songs of Free Men," comes closest to repeating the kind of program that Robeson typically presented for most of his career, namely one of songs in many languages. Of particular note here are the Yiddish and Hebrew tracks, "Vi Azoi Lebt Der Keyser" (not available on any other CD that I have found), "Kaddish," and "Zog Nit Keynmol" (the song of the Warsaw Ghetto).
Someone needs to bring this CD back into print!!! It was my preferred gift to friends for years until it went out of print. (Note: as of January 2009, the album can be purchased from Smithsonian Folkways, albeit without a list of songs, as on the original CD package).
With the rising interest in Robeson, this CD, if brought back into print, would do well. I know that if it were still in print, I would likely buy 3 or 4 copies every year as gifts.
Someone please bring this record back into print! It is old enough that it should be a fairly inexpensive project. Does anyone know who bought the Monitor catalogue? This label seems to be defunct."
