"Hey! Curious about this album? No problem! I own this album and would like to tell you about it. This cd has The Darins and Nikki Leonti singing in it and they are singing 5 of their songs from their earliest cd and they are remixs! Exciting?! The odd numbers are the Darins songs and the even numbers are Nikki's. So about the cd... I enjoy Nikki's remixs but not the Darin's. I'll talk about the songs below:
#1-3/5 this is a Darin remix and it has a techno sound to it but isn't cool and fast. It has an okay tune to it.
#2-5/5 now a Nikki remix. Really cool and danceable! I always enjoyed the original version and think this dance version is really cool!
#3-3/5 this song is kinda slow and would be danced with flowing movement. It has an interesting techno tune to it.
#4-5/5 a cool version of one of my favorites also! Has a cool techno tune!
#5-3/5 this has a Point of Grace(Country sounding christian group) beat to it and is also not a cool danceable song. Has an also cool techno sound.
#6-5/5 really better then the original version! More fast and has a cool, pretty techno sound to it whitch makes the lyrics sounds soooo passionate!Also they make John Elfante sing near the end with Nikki and it sounds so cool with the pretty techno music.
#7-4/5 this song is an okay remix of the Darins work it has a cool beat but it's not fast!
#8-5/5 really cool and I have enjoyed this original tune and think that this remix of it is so cool! it's fast and has again cool techno sounds to it!My favorite off this cd!
#9-4/5 my favorite remix of just the Darins! I spose it has a cool tune and beat but not as good as Nikki's remixes!
#10-5/5 the last song that has a bit slower tempo then the other Nikki remixes but is really cool and is more less techno!
Okay i hope the above helped you about the artist's remixes! Remember Nikki's are the Even numbers and the Darin's are the odd ones not to confuse you. But N-E Ways even though the Darins aren't as cool, Nikki's are the best! and if you have her Shelter Me album, enjoy her songs and also like techno dance you would want to get this album on account of her remixes also to experience the Darins.Just because I said the Darin's remixes aren't really cool doesn't mean you have to think they are lame.
