A "Must Have" for any true music lover.

"'Sit Down and Talk to Me' is an example of what Lou Rawls does best. He takes your heart, mind, and soul on a wonderful and powerful journey through music. 'Ain't that Loving You', 'You're My Blessing', and 'You Are' set the mood for romance. 'Heartaches' and 'One Day Soon You'll Need Me', remind you of a time when love was illusive and sometimes painful. 'When You Get Home', and 'Sit Down and Talk To Me' resonate through the body and makes you want to dance. And when the album is done, you want to take this amazing ride all over again."
A great album

"I have been reading as lot of comments from Lou Rawls fans slagging off this album, espically it's title song "Sit Down and Talk To Me" and in my view this is highly uncalled for. It is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard, as is "You are", another track from this album. Those two songs alone are are 5 star recordings and make the album worth the rating, espically as the rest of the album is a good listen too."
