"The famous French popular singer Edith Piaf discovered this wonderful men's vocal ensemble. Most of the selections are acappella or with sparce accompaniment and represent not only great close-harmony vocal ensemble singing but also provides the listener with a true tonal snapshot of French culture. This recording has special personal meaning for me because I grew up listening to certain selections such as "Moulin Rouge". But, for the new listener, one will be attracted to these wonderful renditions of french popular song."
