"I wish that the amazon rating system would let you rate negative stars... That is what this CD deserves. The music sounds like a cassette tape that has been through the ringer. The backgrounds sound like a third grade band put the CD together.. poorly. This is the worst album i have ever, ever heard. It would be better to take your money and wipe your rear with it.. At least that would be more satisfying."
Okay for practicing with

"I purchased this CD as an afterthought when I was buying the CD "Sing the Songs of Josh Groban" so that I could get free shipping. Figured I might as well pay a few bucks and get something than pay a few bucks and get nothing.
Well, this CD isn't as bad as others make it out to be, but it doesn't come close to being as good as the other CD I mentioned. This version, unlike the other, does have a choir for background vocals (the other is purely instrumental). It also comes with the lyrics in case you have only a CD player. This CD is only for singing with, whereas the other CD will double as beautiful background music (see my review on that).
If you are going to perform professionally, buy the other CD. If you want to practice or just have fun, this CD is fine (though it only has 2 songs on it, whereas the other has several).
Not wonderful, but not bad either."

"This is not Josh Groban. To quote the jacket,"Artist name for song reference only." Maybe I mised this when ordering, but it was a disappointment. The overall recording is fair to good."

"The accompaning music without the added voices is too difficult to use as a separate singing without the use of karaoke style screen to follow.
