A Rare Opportunity to Visit The Magic of Radio Broadcasts

"This disk beautifully captures the magic of radio shows broadcast during the 1940's by such artists as Perry Como, Frank Sinatra, and, the star of this disk, Jo Stafford. There are many flawless selections on this disk. And, after listening to several tracks, I realized I had never heard Jo Stafford sing any of these songs on her records. That is the magic of this disk: Jo sings songs we all know, but songs she never recorded commercially (with a few exceptions). And she is in rare form. Her renditions of "Dream a Little Dream of Me", "I Wanna Be Loved", "Bewitched", and "I Didn't Know What Time It Was" will go down in history as some of her best! Whoever is responsible for this disk, please give us more!"
