"Jeri Brown and great music wrapped up into a concept recording. How can you beat that? There are many great female vocalists now current, including Dianne Reeves, Diana Krall, Cassandra Wilson, and Tania Maria. I love them all, but Jeri Brown is something else, just the best. Her exquisite voice and stylings are in great company here. Alternating between ballads and moderately uptempo tunes, it is difficult to pick a favorite. When I listen to "Who's Been Loving You", that's my favorite, and then the next tune "I'll Remember Love" begins and that's now my favorite, and so it goes all the way through. Excellent accompaniment by Milton Sealey, Avery Sharpe and Grady Tate, who also adds tasteful vocals to duets on "Alone With You" and "You're My World". Sealey played a major part in the composition of all the music and he did a fine job, but I (and probably you) could do without his solo vocal on the last track. Just shut if off before that and you have a perfect recording."
