CD Reviews

Great CD

"First realy heard of this guy when I saw him on the music of black origin awards where he thanked all the black musicians who had came before him. I thought to myself "Now here is both an intelligent and decent musician" I then heard him play his rendition of 'everlasting love' Now I am not one for corny old tunes but the energy he put into the song even had the audience on their feet.

I hear there are different editions of this CD some missing 'high and dry' and a couple of others which is a great pity. This is a realy nice CD to sit back and listen to after a hard day (or even in the car on the way home from a hard day) it will certainly save you from coming home and kicking the cat (they cat will definatly appriciate it)

Sit back in that quiet room of your house, grab yourself a drink and put on this CD. Trust me, you wont regret it."

"I had a bad quality copy of Jamie Cullum's Twentysomething that I had fallen in love with, and shared with my family and friends; and they fell in love with it too! After seeing him in concert in my town, and finding out that there was actually a special edition of this cd; I rushed onto Amazon and bought it. I absolutely love it! It's much better quality than the one I had, and showcases Jamie's amazing talent. Many of the songs he arranged himself, which I think is rather impressive since he was so young (bear in mind though, that I am no music expert). And a few of the songs on the album are written by him, too. He does some more classic songs as well, and even manages and cover of Jimi Hendrix and Radiohead. All in all, this is one of the best cd's that I own, and I will continue to wear it out in my player for years to come!"
