This is Miss Kelly s 3rd CD, and it s a very nice one. Of course you know Grace is 14 years on this planet, and is all ears and heart. Beautiful sound on her alto, and some lovely phrases to boot! Lester Young asked a young player after hearing a technical display, but can you sing me a song? Grace can definitely do that. Good rhythm, nice arrangements, creative originals. "This is a simply AMAZING CD. Great alto sax, and great voice. Grace Kelly's version of "Round Midnight" is mesmerizing. "Philosophical Flying Fish" is SO cool. "Over the Rainbow" is one of the best versions I've heard since the version Phil Woods did on alto in, I think, the 90's. When it comes to "SAMBA DE VERAO", all I can say is, "Girl from Ipanema" move OVER, there's a new kid on the block. What a find. GREAT ! ! ! ! !"
