"to deliver the goods! A Seattle cult following fave who've been around for years. If you've followed them for years like I have and have "Sleep" this is similar. While they have tossed in some slower songs compared to their first LP & singles, don't fret...they build into Fall-outs melodic/garage/proto-punk you've come to expect noisy rave-ups. My fave song on the album is "Flowers For Hours" & "Shortcut", the later sounding like an even more warped out Donovan's "Season of the Witch". If you're not familiar with them, they are the (...) brothers of Mudhoney (Steve Turner was an original member). 60's power-pop/garage/mod/psych/proto-punk thats very sing along... think The Kinks/Who/Beatles meets Black Flag, if one can imagine. Pick up "Fall-Outs" self-titled, "Here I Come & Other Hits" and "Sleep" aswell as any 7" or songs on comps like "Give The People What They Want" tribute to The Kinks for the best track on it is their cover of This Man He Weeps Tonight is amazing... These guys along with The Insomniacs, The Makers, Hi-Fives, Lord High Fixers are some of thee very best 60's flavored garage punk available.."
