"I was at the Eternal Feminine recital at the Ravinia Festival in August 2000. This was a wonderful recital - also a world premiere - the CD is just as wonderful. There is a nice mix of style in the programming of songs. Suzanne Mentzer's interpretations reflect a complete understanding of each piece. Her tone is warm, strong, and beautiful. I highly recommmend this CD as an example of an exceptional classicly trained singer and also as an example of women composers, several of whom are not well know but are deserving of our attention."
