"Yes folks it's our boy Reg. Seems he had a second career doing anonymous cover versions for cheapie albums. As cheesy as this sounds some of these come off rather well. My Baby Loves Lovin is a smash in my book and his Lou Christie impersonation on She Sold Me Magic is a scream. I also enjoy his Lady D'Arbanville (Cat Stevens) and his Hollies I Can't Tell The Bottom From The Top. On the downside he should never be allowed to sing any John Fogerty again, not even in the shower! Should the neophyte Elton fan buy this disc? Yes, after he or she has purchased all the 70's Classic Years reissues and Rare Masters."
