If you like the trumpet - this is the cd for you. Very talented teenager with mother accompanying him on the piano. A tribute to his father.

"Sergei Nakariakov is one of the greatest trumpet players alive today. His repertoire is enormous and keeps growing. He is featured here on a disc of songs and lieder from the vocal repertoire. Who needs words? His trumpet speaks as clear as any voice, and is as touching as any words could be. The music is brilliant anyway. He someone makes it all a little more special."

"This CD of Sergei's playing is very nice. Him and his sister are a fine duo that can make very beautiful music with just the Piano and Trumpet/Flugelhorn. This CD shows Sergei's expressive and lyrical side rather than his great technical ability. The music on this CD is something you would want to sit in front of a fire and really relax. I would recommend this CD to anyone who enjoys Classical music, not just to trumpet players."
