"This album from 1962 lets Connie display all her vocal powers. Her voice was on it's total peak during that time, and she lends it to such great favorites as "Danny Boy", "Irish lullabye", "When Irish eyes are smiling" amongst others. Next to "Songs to a Swinging Band", this album shows best, what Connie was about, and the special magic she could give well-known songs. A truly fantastic performer!"

"As with the other reviewer, I have to agree that Connie's vocals are really on top on this album. I have to say that MacNamara's Band and Dear Old Donegal really stand out for me. The full track listing is:
1) MacNamara's Band, 2) Mother McRee, 3) My Wild Irish Rose, 4) Dear Old Donegal, 5) Did You Mother Come From Ireland?, 6) Danny Boy, 7) It's A Great Day For The Irish, 8) Too-ra-loo-ra-loo-ral (That's An Irish Lullaby), 9) How Can You Buy Killarney?, 10) How Are Things Glocca Morra, 11) When Irish Eyes Are Smiling, and 12) A Little Bit of Heaven."
