"This is the ultimate Cleo Laine album, in my opinion. She has been an opera singer, pop singer, jazz singer for many years. I just obtained the CD recently, but I had the original album back when it was first released. The CD is even better, totally clear sound, orchestration, and Cleo's voice is sharp, husky, happy, sad, and enticing. Her interpretation of Early Autumn is truly extraordinary- it captivates one's imagination and memory at the same time. If you are a fan of Cleo Laine, you must have this CD, or you'll be missing some of her finest musical presentations and collaborations with her husband."
