"Betty Buckley is the only singer who can move me to tears. My god what a voice! "Just One Look" is simply a feast for the ears. Kenny Werner's keyboard work is wonderful as is the sax of Billy Drewes. Buy it -- this is a beautiful recording."
Incredible!

"I've heard all of Buckley's albums, and this one is my favorite. Listen to her magnificent, heartbreaking version of "Dreamin'" or "Come On Come On," her beautiful tones on "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry," or her riveting version of Joni Mitchell's "A Case of You" to see what I mean."
Betty's voice can thrill you; it's downright addicting!

"I first heard Betty Buckley sing when she was allowed to do a short song on an episode of "Eight is Enough" (the Dick Van Patten vehicle in which she played the second wife, Abby). I was enthralled then, and am downright addicted now, having listened to several of her CDs (over and over again) and seen her on Broadway in "Sunset Boulevard." Betty's voice sends chills up my spine, and makes me feel alive and expansive. Thank you, Betty!!!!!For those not familiar with Betty's work, this CD is a good one to hear. She mixes pop music with showtunes, so if you aren't in love with Sondheim, there are other tunes you might like. The showtune "Old Friends" is one of my favorites on this CD. 5 stars for this collection of music!! Pure listening pleasure."
