Perfect CBS/Epic Era Adam Ant Hits Collection!

"This collection smells nothing like your average "contractual obligation greatest hits" album. It may have been but who knows. It is however the perfect collection of CBS (or Epic in Amercia) era hit Adam And The Ants/Adam Ant singles. It contains no Dirk-era singles (even though CBS did re-issue the LP in 1983) - those would have been "Cartrouble" and "Zerox".
It does present Adam at the height of Antmania with "Kings", "Antmusic", "Dog Eat Dog", "Stand And Deliver", "Prince Charming", "Goody Two Shoes", "Puss'n Boots", "Apollo 9", "Friend Or Foe", and "Ant Rap" all top-ten hit singles.
"Strip" (banned by the BBC for being "risque" and "Vive Le Rock" (a non-hit due to a mis-pressing of the first batch of singles which were then recalled) were not so big hits in the UK
but as anyone with ears can tell tell - they should have been hits (seeing as "Puss'n Boots" and "Apollo 9" were).
If you want to be timecapsuled back to when Adam ruled the UK (and all of Europe for that matter) charts. If you want the best of 1980's Adam than you can't go wrong with this.
The video companion to this LP is also a nifty and amusing item."
