Help Center - All About SwapaCD Money

Whenever you submit a request for a CD, $0.49 in swapacd money (and 1 CD credit) is deducted from your account balance.  You need to have money in your SwapaCD Money account to request a CD.

• SwapaCD Money can be used to pay for SwapaCD Printable Postage.
• SwapaCD Money can be used to pay the $0.49 transaction fee.
• SwapaCD Money cannot be used to make purchases in the Kiosk. This includes purchases of SwapaCD credits.

How to put funds into your SwapaCD Money account:

• You can do this from the SwapaCD Kiosk.  To get to the Kiosk:
  • Click Kiosk in the toolbar at the top of any page on the site and choose SwapaCD Money there OR
  • Click the green + sign on your SwapaCD Money account balance at the top of your account page OR
  • Click the link "Add SwapaCD Money to Your Account" on your Wrapper Settings page

• You can put any amount between $0.01 and $100.00 in your SwapaCD Money Account.
• You can use PayPal, a major credit card, or mail a check or money order to SwapaCD headquarters to do this.
• There is a $0.50 flat transaction fee for each Kiosk purchase, which applies no matter which payment method is used.
• You can see your SwapaCD Money account balance at the top of your account page, next to your credit balance. It also appears on the Wrapper Settings page when you go to print a wrapper.
  • You can click the green + sign on your SwapaCD Money account balance in both places to add to your SwapaCD Money account.
