hello, i had on my wishlist the eric clapton crossroads box set, the old one from the 80s that had the LP sized box and a booklet, it was posted as disc, front & back insert but i only received the individual discs, the box itself and booklet are missing. i would never have accepted the trade if i knew those were not included. how do i mark this? thanks.

If it was listed as including all inserts -- then mark it as received "with a problem", and be sure to indicate whatever is missing when the prompt comes up.  You will get your credits back and keep your place in line for the next copy to show up. 

(BTW -- and maybe related: after a trade is closed, it is not possible to go back and check on what was offered in the first place.  The only way to confirm it is to contact the Team and ask them to look it up for you.)
