I have a lot of unpostable CDs, all with complete artwork and mostly in perfect condition.  I'll send you a pound of CDs and inserts (no jewel cases) for three credits.  It works out to about 15-20 discs per pound.  You'll get a lot of random stuff from different genres, some of it pretty interesting.  Some maybe not so interesting. 

I can make up a few of these lots -- there'll be no duplication within a lot but if you felt like trading for more than a pound, you might get a couple duplicates.  The total weight might come to just under a pound because I want don't want to go over the 1-pound Media Mail rate in sending these.
