What do you do when you have sent a package with 2 discs and only 1 is marked received? I messaged the member asking them to mark other disc received since they were mailed together..... Thank you ~Lois

Uh-oh. I think it's on the book site where you can mark multiples received in one transaction. It's been awhile, so I'm not sure. Maybe the receiver is confused?

I would give it a couple days, they could be out of town. If you mailed the CDs together using SWAP postage, you have credit insurance and will get credit for both. But if you didn't use SWAP postage, I would wait until the action date listed and them PM the SWAP team for help.
