Been looking for this CD for ages! Have even asked iTunes to offer it for download! All I wanted was Fancy and Ode to Billie Joe--the rest is just gravy! Really good gravy! Bobbie Gentry's earthy melodies are just as wonderful as I remembered them to be! Happy camper here! Thanks to the member that shared this CD with me!

I love Perry Como's voice! This CD is good, but I can understand some of the low ratings as we are now used to digital quality sound on CDs, DVDs, and TV. This CD, however, has some older recordings on it and they are still in the old Mono, so do sound a little flat and tinny, especially considering the digital age we now live in. But that is the was it was once, so consider it a history lesson, and sit back and enjoy on of best crooners of all times ing Christmas.

A little early Christmas present for myself! I just love Barry Manilow, but I like other music, too, so it's kinda the best of both worlds to get some golden oldies from a fav like smooth crooning Barry. All but a couple songs get a 10 from me! Loved the duet with Phyllis McGuire. Great swap all round! Thanks!
