Contemporary World Music With A Big Bright Sound

"Ze Bruno gives world music a giant womp with his sonic percussion and skilled arrangements (with nods to co-producer/Keyboard/Syth Yutaka). The entire CD has a glowing sound in it's production and is immediately hard to resist (and will stay in your CD player!) In addition to his own great compositions, he breathes new life (no easy task) into Lennon/McCartney's "Come Together" and does a beautiful cover of Peter Gabriel's "Mercy Street" (vocalist Leila Pinheiro gives Kate Bush a run for her money). Jump into this Big Circle!"

"What caught my attention right away while listening to Big Circle, was Ze Bruno's ability to bring together influences from different styles without sound like a fusion album. Feels to me that he found his own unique sound that contains various characteristics from a range of music styles.It is a great album for listening and/or dancing, whether you like Pop, Rock , Soul or Ethnic . Very pulsating, energetic and colorful. Strong rhythm section and vocal performances throughout the CD. The third track "Ça Va" is a candidate for a radio hit. I highly recommend Ze Bruno's Big Circle CD to anyone that likes to "experience" music."
