Perfect Music for "Damage"

"Zbigniew Preisner captures the perfect music for such an emotionally charged movie. The melodies fill you with the sadness and despair that the charcters are portraying on the screen. Rarely do you find a movie where the music is just as powerful as the acting! Louis Malle definitely chose the right composer to bring everything together so brilliantly."
Work of Art

"It's one of those movie tracks that last a long time. It's not your every day type of music, but when you listen to it, it moves you deeply. I rated it the highest because it's flawless, like most of Preisner's work, and it's independant of the movie, meaning, you don't have to have seen the movie, on one hand and on the other - it does wonders for the movie itself. This soundtrack is a MUST LISTEN for every music lover."
HAUNTING AND SENSUAL

"THE MUSIC LIKE ALL PREISNERS SOUNDTRACKS CAPTURE THE MOOD OF THE MOVIE OR RATHER VICE VERSA. HIS MUSIC LENDS MOOD TO THE MOVIE. THIS WORK IS HAUNTING AND SENSUAL EVEN WITH OUT THE MOVIE IMAGES. ITS CONSISTENT THEMES AND MOTIONS STICK IN YOU MIND AND TAKE ROOT. EXCELLENT SOUNDTRACK IN EVERY REGARD. THE INCLUSIONS OF JEREMY IRONS VOICEOVER WITH DIALOGUE FROM THE FILM ADD TO THE HEARTBREAKING SENSE OF LOSS THIS MUSIC CONVEYS."
Very Fine Music for Writing A Thesis.

"While the music certainly perfects the film "Damage",
it's also great to listen to when working on academic papers.
The soundtrack does not distract me like sometimes Jazz can,
but it keeps me in the right mood and pace.
Also recommended for moments of frustration,
or after getting bad comments from your professors."
Music to suit the film.

"Anyone who is familiar with Zbigniew Preisner will surely adore this disc. The challenge of conveying the emotion of this film in the music is well suited to his passionate flair."
