Product DescriptionYou, Me, and Everyone We Know is celebrating their 4th anniversary as a band and are set to release their highly anticipated debut full length Some Things Don t Wash Out this summer on Doghouse Records, along with a collective sigh or relief as they look to the road ahead while keeping an eye on the dust still settling behind them
For years now, You, Me, and Everyone We Know have cruised just under the radar of the mainstream, touring relentlessly and leaving their mark at events like SXSW, Bamboozle, and on Warped Tour, all the while winning over nay audience put in front of them. Opening for acts as diverse as Forgive Durden, Sing It Loud, Every Anenue, Paper Rival, Four Years Strong, I Set My friend On Fire, Valencia, and The Dear Hunter just to name a few. The band s first two widely successful and critically acclaimed releases, Party For The Grown And Sexy and So Young, So Insance, were independently released and concurrently given away, and have reached the ears of nearly 70,000 people to date.
Upon the departure of several members, some of whom returned to college, others who sought a more stable life at home, You, Me, And Everyone We Know did what they ve always done: they made it work. We ve thankfully made a lot of friends on the road who believe in what we re doing, so they were more than happy to lend a hand. After finishing their 2009 touring schedule the band, consisting at the time of three members Rico Vigil, Ben Liebsch and Augustine Rampolla, went home unsure of the band s future. Ben admits to questioning his resolve to continue down this years long path, but found inspiration within self doubt, There were times more weak than others where we all questioned our conviction but I think it took getting that low to rediscover for ourselves why we were in this band in the first place.
