Inner Strength, Inner Peace CD ReviewsUltimate Relaxation Tool, NOW HERE!!! Miss Gigi | Detroit, MI | 09/24/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "Lifescapes, one of the top instrumental and Natura-sound producers on the planet, now brings the ultimate CD for both relaxation and Yoga. The music begins as a soft chord hum, but picks up the beat of tabla drums, cymbals, and maraccas, in a breathtaking sound unlike none of their other CDs. I have owned this CD for a little over a year, and it has been the easiest means of relaxation, bar none. One gratefully acknowledge the producers of such a brilliant sound, which takes months to perfect on disc.Lifescapes is expert in all thier beautiful music, but this 'Yoga' tops all! A word to Amazon, though, the price is a bit steep, compared to that of the store where I originally bought my copy--Target, who offered it at $9.99, plus tax. Otherwise, you won't be dissappointed--this CD is perfectly GUARANTEED to promote ultimate tranquility and rest. It's excellent to listen to for self-hypnosis, meditation, sleep/naps, and especially for unwinding after a long day at work. Heard it, Loved it, bought it, --GIGI" Great for yoga Jessica Teel | Hawaii | 07/06/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "This CD (as well as a more recent lifescapes yoga CD)turned out to be one of my favorite CD's to teach yoga to. Every track is supurb. It starts off with slow and gentle music, then builds up gradually to more vigourous music. It matches a yoga routine perfectly and has very traditional Indian tones to the music and uses Indian instruments. All tracks are instrumental with no vocals. I highly recomend this for teaching yoga, or for practicing yoga at home. It is also great to use while doing body work."
