Yann Tomita - Madman or Lunatic?

"The strangest album ever by one of the most original musicians in the World. Long reknowned as the best steel-drum player in Japan, Mr. Tomita broadens his musical pallette to include bio-feedback driven synthesizers, found sounds, and a collaboration with Rap legend Grandmaster Flash, all direct from the "Audio Science Laboratory Reseacher Rearing Center". To quote from the helpful booklet notes, "It is a kind of music composed of two musical elements: one which cannot be controlled by one's own will, and the other which can be". Try to imagine a collaboration between John Cage & Martin Denny. The 4-CD set contains a disc with a very cool CDRom interactive presentation."
