Album Description

Excellent album from the Maltese singer, following up his line of previous successes, 'La Valse Des Monstes' (1995), 'Rue Des Cascades' (1997) & 'Le Phare' (1998). Tiersen is probably better known for his critically acclaimed score to the 2002 Academy Award nominee for Best Foreign Film, 'Amelie'. This Japanese version includes 6 bonus live tracks on CD two 'La Valse D'Amelie', 'Deja Loin', 'Les Jours Tristes', 'Bagatelle', 'La Parade' & 'Le Jour D'Avant. 2002.

Yann's first album with songs. Sometimes amelie is pretty near, but the sum is something totally different and dark. Great album."
