"Look here: the title of this cd comes from the fact that it was produced to benefit Women Of Wisdom. They are a non-profit organization set up to promote the empowerment of women: through healing, spiritual awareness, personal development and community. If you did not find the selections to be inspiring, I can only defer to your personal opinion. I cannot even find a track listing. However, for you to dismiss the women as GRANOLA DYKES, is ridiculous at best. Rudely ignorant, would be more on target. Cris Willaimson and Ferron are two of the finest recording artists that it has ever been my pleasure to experience. Holly Near has worked tirelessly for human rights for decades, and her musical scope has been staggering. Susan Osbourne is a real talent. I could go on, but I'd like to point out: I don't know if you are a man or woman, straight or gay or what. Not that it matters. Regardless of the fine artists that you have named, it seems as if you have may not gained much wisdom yourself, whatever you prefer to listen to. Further, the above artsists are pioneers who blazed new trails that the women you have mentioned were able to travel more freely on. So to sum it up, this cd is out of print, but check out www.womenofwisdom.org. Cheers to the women loving women, from a brother who appreciates all that you have given and continue to give. Pass the granola this way, please!"
