CD ReviewsCan't beleive its been all these years Rodd H Birklund | Clermont, FL United States | 08/12/2002 (5 out of 5 stars) "Incredible!!! It sounds like it always did...Hard driving and solid. I remember listening to these guys play all over Chicago. It is wonderful to have the sound available again!! Thank you for keeping the music alive all these years!! Buy this CD.. you will thoroughly enjoy it." This CD is a hidden gem. Band deserves wider recognition. Rodd H Birklund | 03/22/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "Download the MP3 if you can. I was blown away on the first listen. Imagine an amulgation of Michael Schenker-era UFO, Argus-era Wishbone Ash, early Rush, and some NWOBHM influences and you have Winterhawk. Now take into account that this album was recorded a few years before the NWOBHM explosion and on this side of the Atlantic, and you can see that this band was possibly ahead of their time and geographically displaced for what should've been huge success. This album abounds with great guitar work and performances. Even production for this era of a live album doesn't disappoint. Glad I found this. It's albums like this that deserve wider recognition in classic rock circles." This album rules! Rodd H Birklund | 04/20/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "If you've already explored the works of the better known 70's hard rock/metal bands and feel there's nothing left to discover then please check this out. It's amazing that this band was never more than a regional attraction in their heyday. This is my favorite Monster Records release so far, and they deserve a lot of credit for bringing stuff like this to light."
