"An amazing Disco Artifact of the seventies, this is classic disco at its best. Today this is background music, or music to listen to while in line skating or working. Very listenable, excellent production, and quite dancilble. My favorite has always been "Souvenirs" and I still have the original disco single. They played it to death in MIAMI AT THE DISCO's. "From East To West" was their other hitYou will also enjor "Latin Odyssey" "I Love You Dancer" and "Let's Get Started"A good, consistant CD, and an excellent example of pure 70's disco. Will sit right next to "Salsoul Orchestra" and "The Silver Convention"."
I was young and in a great place.

"VOYAGE HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DISCO MUSIC I HAVE EVER HEARD OF,(FOR THE LATE 70'S.) "SOUVENIRS" AND "FROM EAST TO WEST" IS JUST DOWN RIGHT "FANTASTIC" WHENEVER I GO OUT DANCING I ALWAYS PLAY THESE TWO SONGS TO GET ME IN A PARTYING MOOD. I THEN SOMETIME, HEAD OUT TO THE CLUBS, AND DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY. THAT,S HOW MUCH THIS MUSIC AFFECTS ME. IF YOU DON,T ALREADY HAVE VOYAGE IN YOUR COLLECTION, YOU SHOULD BUY IT! IT ROCKS!"

"So many people scoff at Disco Music of the 70's (an anti-Christ of sorts to Rock music lovers) that it takes guts to admit that there were actually very decent singers, groups and composers around those days. The French Group Voyage comes to mind as one good example. Not that every song I hear on this CD is a gem, of course. But I still can't help enjoying the unpretentious upbeat quality of their catchier songs such as "Let's Fly Away" (I suspect that particular song has some suspicious parallels to Berlin's "There's No Business Like Show Business"), "Tahiti" and "Souvenirs". These songs are not only catchy, but sometimes carry complex and even daring harmonies. Granted, this CD brings back a lot of good memories. But since I studied music, I believe I can be fairly objective in saying that Voyage had some good stuff to offer."
