Truly Wonderful Album

"For those who love Spanish music, the disc is probably a must.

Half of the album comprises of Zarzuela arias, a modern form of Spanish operettas, sung with authenticity, passion, beauty and real charm by one of the best Spanish sopranos of all time.

The other half of the album comprises of songs in Italian, French and German. De Los Angeles excelled in each piece.

It is amazing to have such versatility, and more so to have such a rich, vibrant as well as lyrical voice. A most outstanding feature of De Los Angeles' singing is the ability to commute with the audience. Her highly affecting singing pulls the heartstrings of her listeners - in whatever language.

Highly recommended."
