Album Description

2007 reissue of this live set from the one-off Punk supergroup. Vicious White Kids features Sex Pistols bassist and songwriter Glen Matlock alongside his more famous Pistols replacement Sid Vicious plus Damned skinsman Rat Scabies and Matlock's Rich Kids mate Steve New. On this recording, Vicious handles 'lead vocals' with Matlock, Scabies and New backing him up. Sid demanded that his girlfriend Nancy Spungeon would provide backing vocals and she did appear on stage for this performance, but Matlock, after hearing her at rehearsal, made sure her microphone was turned off! All fired up and Pistols blazing, hear the band deliver Eddie Cochran covers of 'C?mon Everybody' and 'Something Else' as well as classic Stooges songs 'I Wanna Be Your Dog' and 'Tight Pants'. 10 tracks including an interview with Matlock and Scabies.
