"This Canada import is EVEN better than the American version. The entire album is a brilliant achievement in music overall, with each song providing non~stop enjoyment. The only mistake I can point out on this album is "Overwhelm Yourself" which I find mildly disturbing at the only speaking part in the middle where a voice says "The young...overwhelm themselves...with drugs and other artificial stimulants"...NO! lol!
But that aside, this album is PERFECT for anyone who wants to have a wonderful time and forget about their problems...there are just no words. :)"
Purely party music

"The Canadian edition of 'The Party Album!' is a good introduction to the world of electronic music, but after a few years, you'll begin to see how average it truly is. The album starts off with the purposefully silly 'We Like to Party!' and continues the four-on-the-floor Europop with the hit 'Boom Boom Boom Boom'. Needless to say, the lyrics are not the focus of either song. Other Europop tracks on the album, particularly 'Ho Ho Vengaboys' and 'We're Going to Ibiza' don't fare as well as the first two; the production value is seriously lacking on these, and will become obvious on repeat listens. Where the album shines, however, are the lyric-less pure techno cuts, especially the glorious '24 Hours'. With these ones, it's obvious producers/DJ's Danski and Delmundo know how to construct some high quality trance. Latin flavoured songs like 'Parada de Tettas' do their job, but are by no means brilliant. 'The Party Album!' is exactly that- music to party to, with no intention of breaking any boundaries or being particularly original... and it does what it sets out to do. Recommended as a intro to electronica or for some party music, not recommended to fans of IDM or more avant-garde genres. This is Euro, baby."
