"I was trying out other biggest loser workout cd's and saw this one. I wasn't sure if it would be good or not (I am a country fan but to workout to?) I decided to give it a try and had a really great first workout. It is a constant 128 beats per minute so it keeps my pace steady. It also has some very familiar and fun songs on it. I love listening to it even when I'm not working out."

"I love this music. I have purchased alot of music to walk by but with this music I have lost 40 pounds. It's music I like and it has a steady beat between songs so you never lose the beat. I just purchased two more in case I wear them out!"

"This isn't the best album as far as music goes. The artists aren't the originals and the vocals and lyrics don't really seem to mesh with the beat. It does have the perfect constant driving beat to use for working out though."
