So if you are a fan of the initial British Invasion and want to hear more than just the usual batch of hits, this release may be for you! Much of this material is in the Mersey style with an accent on melody rather than R&B. Not lightweight, not heavy, this music walks a fine line and makes for a great listen. The second half of the comp is stronger than the initial batch of songs so hang in there if your not knocked out at first."
