"Not only have I Listen to the Cd (which brought tears to my eyes) as I was traveling to my Hometown (Baltimore, Md.). The book is equally inspiring. I am a great advocate of freedom and anti-racism. At 69 years old & soon to be 70, I have experienced much of what Mrs. Parks is talking about. Not quite as extensive, but humiliating & damaging enough to give me the attitude of not taking anything from my white counterparts. I respect all people, but I also demand respect, especially from those who would want to view me as ignorant because of my color. I am just so sorry that my CD (A Tribute to Rosa Parks) has been misplaced and I can't seem to find one in this part of Michigan. I am the "Drama Ministry" Director of my church and have been given permission by Mr. Reed to do a tribute with my Drama Members in February. Even though Mrs. parks may not be able to attend, Mr. Reed said that he would try to attend & we are going to video the production for Mrs. Parks. My Pastor is excited, as well as my Members. Pray for us as we put this production in action.God Bless Rosa Parks for her courage and "Quiet Strength"."
I love this cd with all my heart

"A Tribute to Rosa Parks is like a CD I have never heard before. I can feel all the words of each and every song. I love it so much that every time I put on a dance performance it's the first CD that comes to mind and also the last. My favorite song on the album is "STILL I RISE" I cry every time that I hear it."
