A gospel celebration from some of Toronto's best soloists and groups. "Thank You Lord!" is a lovingly crafted album that illustrates the breadth and depth of modern gospel music in Canada. Some of Toronto's most outstanding musicians join together for this amazing collection, which includes traditional gospel material as well as examples of contemporary urban gospel music from soloists and choirs. Produced by Ken Whiteley, this album includes more that an hour of music, and involves the work of over eighty singers and twenty-two musicians. It was recorded in three studios and two different churches, and took one and a half years to record. Representing a small slice of the incredible gospel music being performed today, "Thank You Lord!" shows that gospel music is alive and well. Featuring Alphanso Burke Jr, John T. Davis, The Richardsons, Youth Outreach Mass Choir, David Wall, The Toronto Mass Choir, and Ken Whiteley.
