"In this, another of the all-stereo oldies compilations done in conjunction with Discoveries magazine, appear 14 more mostly seldom-found ditties of the late 50s and early 60s pop era. Standouts here include Joe Henderson's sexy-cool "Snap Your Fingers", the Halos' novelty "Nag", the Castells' Lettermenesque "So This Is Love" and Barbara Lynn's number one r'n'b "You'll Lose A Good Thing". While the more sophisticated side of pop of the era is represented here by Della Reese's "Not One Minute More", many of these tunes recall the innocent, often pre-teen aimed, totally commercial pop as evidenced by Annette's "Pineapple Princess" and Johnny Thunder's "Loop De Loop". All these sides are brought to bigger life in their stereo versions with several making their stereo debut, namely tracks 1,4,8,10-12. Complemented with liner notes courtesy of Vinyl Junkie author Cub Koda, this offers another top-of-the-line collection of great oldies in fantastic sound."
